Have you tried music as an anger

Have you tried music as an anger management technique? If not, you will be surprised that it is a very effective technique that works. Listening to your favorite piece of music can help you forget how angry you are. Also, anger can be managed or controlled when you engage in something as minor as washing dishes or cooking a meal just when you feel anger coming on. If someone annoys you at your workplace, you may decide to go for a coffee break in order to keep your emotions in check. People in the office can be extremely annoying and giving into that anger will only serve to frustrate your progress at work. Show them you are a stronger person by effectively managing and controlling your anger. If you are fond of using the word you when communicating your anger, then you have not accepted your own share of responsibility in the entire process. Maturity is displayed in an anger situation when you use the word I. Using I indicates that you are aware of your own contribution to the problem on ground. Accepting responsibility can go a long way to help you in your anger management attempts. I know this might sound odd and you might not want to believe it but I have to say it – Like most things in life, anger is a choice. Yes, your read that right. You can decide to remain calm even if you are being provoked or you can decide to lash out, the choice is really yours. Dont be fooled because anger cant control you unless you want it to. I know perfectly well that its very easy to become angry when you feel hurt. It may even be justifiable to get angry when you feel hurt. You may feel betrayed and eventually angry when someone close to you hurts you. But the fact remains that two wrongs cant make one right. The next time you are hurt, try and remember that no one is perfect. Instead of displaying your anger, calm down instead and do nothing. Then in your quiet time you can call the person that hurt you and explain how hurt you were. You will be surprised that this works far better as an anger management strategy.
